Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order on its way the same day we receive it. Orders placed before 12:00 (Irish time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12:00, at weekends, or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.

Ireland

Free next-working-day delivery on all orders to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

United Kingdom

Free two-working-day delivery on all orders to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland). Some remote Highlands and Islands postcodes may take an extra working day.

Mainland Europe

Standard three-working-day delivery is available, with a next-day option for an additional charge. Drop us an email at info@brixworkwear.com before placing your order and we'll come back to you with a quote within the hour.

How it works

When your order is placed you'll get an email confirmation. We'll often follow up with a phone call to confirm the delivery address and a convenient time for the courier, especially for boots and bulky items. Once your parcel is dispatched you'll receive tracking details by email.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us straight away on +353 (0) 47 82400 (Ireland) or +44 (0) 28 3799 7582 (UK), or email info@brixworkwear.com. We'll sort it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the courier couldn't get an answer, we'll re-send free of charge to a corrected address (one re-delivery per order). Subsequent re-deliveries may incur a small courier charge.
