I was first impressed with the fast and knowledgeable reply to my email enquiries. The new online store is easy to use and I had an order placed in minutes. The free courier delivery is a great incentive to buy online.

I was very impressed how the order was handled – initial delivery, collection of wrong-sized boots, and delivery of replacement boots – all arranged following a single phone call and at no further cost. The complimentary extras were also a nice added bonus.

Our agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the order form.     Returns & Replacements
    You may return goods within 28 days of purchase at your own cost. If we have supplied you with the wrong items or faulty items we will pay for your return postage. In any other cases postage costs are non refundable.
    Ordering
    You may cancel your order within 24 hrs or before items have shipped, whichever is earlier. You must contact us via the website and we'll let you know if your order has been successfully cancelled.
