Please read the terms below before purchasing from our site. Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.
In this agreement, we are Brix Workwear and you are the person detailed on the order forms. Our agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the order form. Our agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the goods as provided by us on our website and/or store or otherwise.

Disclaimer We are governed by the laws of Ireland. To the fullest extent permitted at law, we are providing this Web site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this Web site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Our catalogue and Web site images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for illustration only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative. We are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Fulfillment Unfortunately stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 4 to 6 working days. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping. Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to returns for goods for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Returns : We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy on any goods we receive back in a saleable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment when you return the item to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at our cost. All returns must be sent with your name, address and order details to:

Payment and Security We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta,Visa Electron cards, Laser and PayPal. Unfortunately, we are unable to process payments from American Express.

Shipping Charges Orders to Ireland will be charged at €7 up to 25Kg and €7 per 25Kg thereafter. Orders to the UK will be charged at £10 up to 25kg and £10 per 25 Kg thereafter. International orders will be priced depending on requirements on a case by case basis.

Pricing Over time prices may vary. Every effort will be made to ensure the correct prices on the web site. However, should an error be discovered the customer will be informed before the order is processed. Prices displayed on the Web site are non-inclusive of VAT.

All orders are processed in Euro or Sterling depending on the option chosen by the customer on the site.

Force Majeure We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control :- 1) Act of god explosion flood tempest fire or accident; 2) War or treat of war sabotage insurrection civil disturbance or requisition; 3) Acts restrictions regulations bye-laws prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority ; 4) Import or export regulations or embargoes; 5) Strikes lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (Weather involving employees of us or of a third party); 6) Power failure or breakdown in machinery.

Whole Agreement The terms and conditions set out in this agreement represents the entire agreement.
